What should I do before a domestic cleaning service?

To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior a visit from our housekeeping teams.

Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

Because we offer  a 24/7 service we give you the option to be at home whillst we clean or not. If you are not at home,  most of our customers provide us with the key to their home. For additional security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced. This also ensures only your regular professional cleaning team has access during a home cleaning. .

What time does City Centre cleaning  offer thier service?

City Centre offer their service 24 hours a dfay, 7 days a week. We offer slots on the hour for all our customers. If our cleaners are delayed due to a clean at their previous appointment being more in depth than expected, we will telephone in advance to make you aware of the delay

What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?

We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. All City Centre cleaning staff are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.

What if I am not satisfied wit hthe clean?

Our cleaning teams offer consistent, quality cleaning. Like all new relationships, however, miscommunications occur and we may make a mistake. That's why we offer a service guarantee, which mean if you notify us within 24 hours, our house cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no charge.

Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Every City Centre cleaning services team  comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies and equipment necessary, included in the price. However, if requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

No problem. Simply call 24 hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. Without proper notice rescheduling our c;leaners can be more challenging which means we may charge for having to reassign your regular cleaning  team.

What if my home cleaning falls on a bank holiday?

Again,no problem. We have cleaning team s available to provide our services 365 days a year. Surchages will only apply on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?

For domestic cleaning services, payment is made in advance via paypal or by cheque on the day. We are also able to take credit card payments in advance. For commercial contracts we are able to offer favourable credit terms
